Hybrid (all inclusive package)

This is for the 2nd Stage of the Hybrid Process (Surgery was already done with our lab and now the patient is ready to proceed to the final in PMMA/Acrylic) (If the final will be in Zirconia please also select the Zirconia Upcharge in the order form)

MUST SEND:

- Temporary and Antagonist Impressions or IO scans and bite.

- Abutment level impression/IO scans with Healing caps (these have to be specific to the implant system used with the PIC )

- PIC system record. (if record was taken at the day of surgery this step can be skipped unless implants failed or had to be repositioned/added or if any MUA had to be changed). This record is done with numbered scan flags specific to the implant position. The flags are compatible with Straumann and Nobel compatible implants.

- RX – Supply shade and diagnostic changes required. Supply smile pics: (Full face, lips at rest, high smile and retracted)
