All inclusive Immediate denture package

The All-inclusive fee includes the planning, conversion dentures (mostly done digitally), the clear Surgical Stent, in office assistance, conversion, PIC scans for implant passivity and new finals implant models, 1-2 try-ins, a prototype (if final is Zirconia) and the final hybrid restoration.

MUST SEND:

- Full Face Photos - Regular smile, exaggerated smile and profile are a must for planning. Make sure patient is looking straight, head is not tilted or angled. Eyes should be open looking forward. If bite is unstable, pictures of the bite should be added.

-U/L impressions or IO scans and a bite - If the patient is wearing a denture(s) we would need an intra oral 360 scan of the denture(s) or a duplicated denture(s) to start the case. This should be recorded after a wash impression or reline has been done. Please make sure wash or reline is done while the patient is in occlusion and not holding the denture by hand as it can/might record the wrong information.

- Instructions - Opening/Closing Vertical - any changes being made to tooth size/shape/setup/etc -
